Field Service Administrator/co-ordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized field service administrator to organize the day to day running's of an electrical field service operation and provide support to our management team.

As the administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, and Field Supervisor to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project administration or working with and electrical company preferable
- SimPRO experience Preferable.

**Salary**: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
