- Be self-driven and hungry to be the next leader of the store
- Confidently able to negotiate with our customers for a win/win outcome.
- Attention to detail
- Be a great communicator as you are continually building rapport and liaise with people from all walks of life
- A people person who strives to go above and beyond to manage their customers’ expectations and meet their needs
- Ask discovery questions to provide the right solutions to meet our customer's needs
- Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience preferred

**Salary**: $23.38 - $35.07 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Browns Plains, QLD 4118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
