**The opportunity**

Vacenti is seeking for **Full time Servizi Concierge**, to join the Servizi Team at Marebello - Victoria Point, QLD. Reporting to, and working closely with the Lifestyle and Servizi Manager and/or Facility Manager, in this role you will be responsible for the delivery of safe, quality Vacenti additional services offerings (Servizi).

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Organising and managing all aspects of Servizi events and outings held off site, including collaboration and consultation with members of the home’s management team. This includes referral to the Clinical Manager where there is potential risk to resident health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Managing the companionship program, including workforce requirements, scheduling, quality assurance, evaluation, and documentation.
- The delivery of all other Servizi inclusions as per the Servizi program offering.
- Managing relationships with contractors and other stakeholders at the home.
- Planning and management of the Servizi workforce, in consultation with the Facility Manager and Roster Officer.
- Management of complaints and feedback regarding Servizi, in collaboration with the Facility Manager.
- Managing accurate and timely billing processes and ‘make good’ offerings for services not delivered.
- Reporting of performance as required.

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Proven team leadership skills and working knowledge of resident lifestyle requirements in Aged Care and continuous improvement.
- Sound working knowledge of Aged Care legislation including the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation process, Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC), electronic care management systems and OH&S legislation.
- A personal philosophy and practical approach that is compatible with the Vacenti values which ensure respect for the dignity, privacy and individuality of residents and staff.
- Customer Service experience especially within hospitality or Business to Customer (B2C) sales.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) and effective interpersonal skills.
- High skill level in influencing non direct reports with tasks.
- To be considered for this opportunity you must have the right to live and work in Australia. If you are successful, you will be required to obtain a national police clearance prior to commencement.
