**The Role**
Reporting to the senior Contract Manager, you will work within a supportive team environment with flexible working conditions. As an APS 5 you will undertake critical functions such as:
- program and contract management,
- policy review and implementation,
- local and regional stakeholder engagement, and
- collecting place-based intelligence and strategic planning.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 5 may include:
- Managing the performance and compliance of contracted service providers for various programs in accordance with contractual and legislative frameworks.
- Maximising the effectiveness of employment and skills program initiatives and tailoring responses to support local labour market needs.
- Engaging with stakeholders to co-design projects, facilitate program referral pathways and support, particularly for vulnerable and disadvantaged participant and job seeker cohorts.
- Managing and investigating complex performance and operational matters identified through monitoring activities, such as data analytics and onsite visits, under limited direction.
- Actively contributing to business objectives with planning, project management, and solution brokering.
- Supervising and building individual’s capacity through coaching and performance feedback.
- Providing support and intelligence to the Ministers office, and the department’s National Office teams, as required.
