This role offers an opportunity to support critical data management tasks within a government context.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Data Entry and Verification**:
- Accurately input data into designated systems.
- Verify and cross-check information for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
- ** Document Management**:
- Organise and file electronic and physical documents.
- Ensure proper indexing and labelling.
- Assist with document retrieval as needed.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless data flow.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
