With the massive influx of inquiries due to the energy crisis across Australia, we are looking for vibrant Appointment Setters to join our team. The successful applicants will be engaging with potential customers, both new and existing, to set a time to speak with a Solar Specialist so we can assist them in reducing their rising energy costs. KPI Bonuses will be on offer for high performers. Shifts are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm on casual rates, with the opportunity for shorter Saturday shifts during busy periods. You may also have the opportunity to work from home after the initial in-office training. In-office training is not negotiable. **Interstate and overseas applicants need not apply.**

You will need to have:

- an outgoing personality with the ability to think on the fly
- excellent phone manner
- ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English
- skills in building rapport with customers quickly and handling objections
- Call Centre Experience is preferred but not necessary
- confidence to make outbound calls to book appointments as your primary task for the whole shift
- a drive to meet KPIs
- the ability to work autonomously
- fast learning capabilities with a CRM, or experience in using Pipedrive
- Transport to the Sunnybank area

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.36 per hour
