**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
**Essential**
- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning or substantial and ongoing progress towards this qualification
- Knowledge and an understanding of planning policy and legislation
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven sound organisational and time management skills
