**About the Role**:
We are seeking skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Tradespersons to join our team for an electric conversion project. The crew is currently working day shifts, completing 10-hour days starting at 6 AM. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of this project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform electrical and instrumentation tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the team to complete project milestones on time.
- For the Leading Hand/Supervisor position, provide guidance and support to the apprentice/trade assistants and oversee project progress.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant electrical trade qualifications and experience
- Instrumentation experience is essential
- Ability to workday shifts and commit to 10-hour days
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
