We’re looking to expand our team of dedicated professionals and are currently hiring experienced **Drivers** and **Offsiders** who are hardworking, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

**About the Role**

As a **Removalist Driver** or **Offsider**, you will play a vital role in delivering our high-quality moving services. You’ll be responsible for the safe transportation of goods, ensuring that everything arrives at its destination on time and in perfect condition.

**Responsibilities include**:
**For Drivers**:

- Operate company trucks in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Load and unload goods according to safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Conduct pre
- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, including delivery notes and transport logs.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.

**For Offsiders**:

- Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture and goods.
- Provide support to the driver during transport and ensure safe handling of items.
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of furniture when required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to avoid injury and damage to goods.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the team to ensure a smooth moving process.

**Skills & Experience**:
**For Drivers**:

- Valid driver’s license (LR/HR/MC preferred).
- Previous experience in a driving role, preferably in removalists or transport.
- Good knowledge of road safety and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (manual handling).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**For Offsiders**:

- No prior experience required (training will be provided).
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy furniture and boxes.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
