About the Opportunity:
LUCAS Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next year.

To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for hospitality driven Waitstaff, Runners and Bartenders to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests.
- At least 1 year experience working as a Waitstaff, Runner or Bartender
- Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
- Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Adaptable and have a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn on the fly

**Requirements**:

- Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Victorian RSA Certificate
