**About the role**

You will be working with some great people and will be supported by a Management team that has extensive industry experience. Annual salary reviews, industry and ongoing operations training will be provided. This is a client focused role with an opportunity to make a difference.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be calling on your previous supervisory experience while using the skills and techniques we will teach you to achieve our company objectives. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team with the objective to meeting set KPI’s. As the Transport Supervisor, your responsibilities include the following:

- Control and manage all facets of transport including the day to day running ensuring superior service delivery to our clients.
- Manage operations, labour and vehicle resources in order to achieve delivery and service objectives
- Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Branch ManagerManage and maintain property, plant and site security.
- Proven organisational/planning ability
- The ability to liaise with subordinates, clients and management in an effective manner
- Computer literacy
- Outstanding customer service focusLeadership and problem-solving skills
