**What You’ll Be Doing**
Join our team as a 2IC & Educational Leader, assisting the Child Care Centre Manager in leadership, management, service and administration and leading the development and implementation of the educational program whilst fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

**The Team**
Each Child is a child & family centred childcare service of Each, providing an inclusive community of early childhood education and care. Our dedicated team of Early Childhood Educators work closely with EACH's community health professionals to provide support for children and their families.

Located in Ringwood East, Each Child is committed to delivering exceptional early childhood education and childcare services. Our 122-place, not-for-profit centre offers inclusive early learning and kindergarten programs for children up to 5 years old.

**Your Day**
- Assist the Childcare Centre Manager in effective leadership and management of Each Child
- Ensure Centre's compliance, administrative and system practices, processes, policies, procedures and guidelines are in accordance with the National Quality Standard (NQS), the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and reflect the philosophy, policies and procedures of the service are maintained at all times.
- Lead the team to develop innovative, proactive programming and evaluation strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma-level early childhood qualification (as approved by ACECQA)
- You will have a recent Police Check, conducted in the last 60 days, or could successfully obtain one, a current first aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR certificate and an Employee Working with Children Check.
