**The opportunity**:
As our Communications Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of audience-focused internal and external communications. Your efforts will help shape our company's culture from within and elevate our brand's presence in the healthcare industry.

**Your responsibilities include**:
Develop, coordinate, and deliver internal communications to foster a vibrant company culture.
Create and manage external communications that effectively promote our brand and services to stakeholders.
Ensure all communications align with our brand ideals, emphasizing usability and plain language.

**What we need from you**:
Experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver key messages to different target audiences
Advanced written, oral and presentation skills - including use of plain language to deliver complex messages and an understanding of content design principles
Excellent spelling, grammar and strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Proven ability to organise and co-ordinate planning across multiple stages, stakeholders, and time periods.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships across the organisation and to act as a source of communications expertise
