Tequila Mockingbird in Paddington is seeking an experienced Full Time Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are a Latin American restaurant with a passion for delivering high-quality, authentic dishes and excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Managing and supervising all restaurant operations, including front-of
- houseman back-of-house staff.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Managing and tracking inventory and ensuring that all products are available and in stock.
- Developing and implementing restaurant policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
- Managing and tracking restaurant financials, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment, with experience in Latin American cuisine preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
