**About the Position**

We have** Three Branches** in Sydney situated in **Eastern Creek, Northern Beaches and Mascot.**

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Extensive recruitment agency-based experience as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant with a track record of meeting KPI’s based on revenue, compliance, communication, and teamwork.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to organically grow accounts with a focus on repeat business and client retention.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a broad range of people.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your work in progress.
- Sound computer skills, including experience with ATS or databases, and the ability to learn new technology and adhere to compliance.
