About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled executive officer to join our vibrant team in the role of Executive Operations Lead. This unique role will deliver comprehensive, high-level executive support directly to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Manager, People and Culture.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain broad exposure at strategic level, where the collective knowledge they build can be used to influence and shape decision making.

About You:
- Proven experience in executive support, governance, and operational management.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a knack for developing and implementing effective processes and strategies.
- Display leadership qualities, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and support high-level meetings.
- A commitment to excellence and a passion for driving organisational success.
