Recovery Partner

Based in Rozelle
- Initial 2 Months Contract (possibility for extension)
- Pays up to $55 p/h + Super (8hr a day)

NSW Government Agency is looking for Recovery Partner with specialisation in RTW and compensation claim to join their team in Rozelle

**The Role**
- Manage the administration of and provide sound and informed advice to injured workers and their managers on recover at work and Injury Management issues.
- Work with key stakeholders to support to proactively manage Workers' Compensation claims within the legislative requirements and governing frameworks.
- Provide education, support and advice to the performance and trends of claims in their area of responsibility.
- Assist the business in the management of non-work related injuries/illnesses by developing non-work related agreed return to work plans.
- Promote positive, cooperative relations with workers, managers, treating medical professionals and industrial associations.

**About You**
- Accreditation in Return to Work/Injury Management.
- Proven experience in supporting RTW/complex workers compensation claims management.
- Sound knowledge with relevant WHS, workers compensation, and/or injury management legislations.
- High level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
