Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey as a Workplace Relations Advisor? We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Industrial Relations or Law Graduates to join the Industrial Relations team within the Workplace Relations Branch.

As the Workplace Relations Advisor, you will be given primary responsibility for the research, development and provision of industrial and workplace advice, utilising your expertise to support a wide range of employment and industrial matters.

**Your Role**:
As a Workplace Relations Advisor, you'll contribute to various industrial relations projects and engage in advocacy within tribunals. Your expertise will shine as you collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the implementation of crucial initiatives. You will be directly involved in change and reform projects, collaborating with a number of stakeholders across the Ministry of Health, public health organisations and related government agencies.

**Clerk Grade 5/6**, starting salary from $89,707 - $98,982 plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

**Your Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, employment relations, Law, or a related discipline awarded within the last 5 years.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal growth.
- Thrive in a small dynamic team environment.
- Recent Industrial Relations and Law Graduates and/or Paralegals will be highly regarded.
