NRG7 helps Australian commercial businesses and residential homes switch to energy-green product fixtures to help save them money on their energy usage & achieve a better energy rating. Our products include solar panels, Heat Pumps & Aircon, etc. We focus on customer service and assisting people in choosing the right System for their budget. We mainly help clients save energy and money by offering to install energy-efficient products under the Victorian Energy Upgrade program (VEU) - an initiative taken by the Victorian State Government with a vision to deliver an energy-efficient and productive economy for Victoria.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Compliance and Audit Officer for Victorian Energy Upgrades, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements related to emission reductions. You will work closely with various departments to monitor, assess, and report on our environmental compliance efforts.

**Your responsibilities**
- Audit sales submitted by door to door and tele sales team.
- Live audit over the phone and on desktop through Dataforce portal.
- Auditing the jobs completed by the installer on the spot and in case of any error getting it corrected by the installers.|
- Updating day-to-day live audit status in Google sheet
- Daily report, Weekly report, Decom report & Weekly submission report.
- Finding any duplicate or dodgy sales.
- Timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience working under VEU program. Specially in weather sealing, shower heads and IDH.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Effective communication for customer interactions.
- Active listening and solution-finding abilities.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
