**Who are we?**

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented locally.

As an NDIA partner, Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, Northern Sydney and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports the activities that will improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 years with developmental delay and/or disability.

**The opportunity**

In your new exciting role, you will be confident to run Northcott's suite of onboarding training and other training programs, including content, delivery, feedback, records and reporting.

Northcott is rapidly growing, and mandatory training is at the forefront of the business. To excel in this role you will be a natural at delivering training and processes to new and existing employees.

Your ability to deliver this content will ensure employees have thorough understanding of systems and processes that enable them to provide quality service to our customers

**What we are looking for**
- Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, or in progress
- Demonstrated experience in running and facilitating training sessions
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing training materials
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience within the Disability/Community sector
- Ability and willingness to travel and work unsupervised
- A can do attitude, high energy and stamina
- Must have a Drivers Licence

**Covid Vaccination Status**
The health and safety of our people, customers, and communities is our number one priority. To maintain this, we require all of our employees to show evidence that they have received the two full primary doses and at least one booster dose of a TGA approved Covid-19 vaccination.
