- UGL has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to work on a large construction project in WA.
- Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will be a key member of the Shared Services Team and will provide support to the Project Finance Team and Operations in the area of timesheets and payroll process.

**About the role**
- Enter and upload high volume of timesheets into SAP payroll
- Follow up on any inconsistencies or missing timesheets with Site Administrators, Supervision and Management
- Liaise with Project Administrators for correct coding of timesheets
- Assist others in the team with timesheet entry to ensure payroll deadlines are met
- Understand and answer basic queries relating to Enterprise Agreements (EA’s) and Contract of Employment (COE’s).

**About you**
- Similar experience in time sheeting and payroll processes
- Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and computer skills
- Ideally experience with SAP
