**Job Overview**:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them take the first step towards quality Solar solutions, including solar panel installations and energy-efficient services. You will play a crucial role in generating new leads and setting up appointments for our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, professional service tailored to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients via phone to qualify leads and set up appointments.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Educate prospects about our services, especially solar installations, and highlight the benefits of going solar with CutHill Electrical.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up with leads as needed.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointments and lead conversion.
- Stay updated on company services, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high level of motivation.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy and electrical services (a plus).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: $23.23 - $39.69 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
