Chu Restaurant sits within an expansive 200-seat space within West HQ. Inspired by 1940’s Shanghai, this space references glamour and theatre through a rich palette of colour and materials.

Chu Restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience in Western Sydney and showcases a modern take on culinary traditions from China, Hong Kong, Japan and South East Asia made with the highest quality ingredients and freshest local produce.

**The day-to-day**:
**Bar**: team members prepare the perfect pour, master their latte art, impress with their mixology skills and make explaining the difference between a sauv blanc and a chardonnay look oh-so easy

**Dining**: team members are knowledgeable on our broad range of culinary delights, they make suggestions based on dietary requirements and assist with ensuring our meals are delivered on time, every time, with a warm smile

**Our Perfect Fit**:
Whilst shift flexibility is available, our busiest service periods are generally nights and weekends which means our dedicated team are working. Not to worry though, our fun and energetic team along with our modern and vibrant restaurant will leave you feeling like you have been socializing all shift long.
