_At Tallan, we specialise in building repairs after fire, flood, and storm damage, inclusive of assessment, estimates and reporting. It’s our mission to recover property quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively, and return people and businesses to their homes and work_**. **_We are adding a full time Building Supervisor to the team to manage large loss insurance repairs._

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage large value repairs
- Assess and report on property damage
- Managing client relationships, including conflict resolution.
- Manage time frames, Quality Control and Workplace health safety management. -Requires a high level of customer service, communication and computer skills
- Experience supervising multiple projects with exceptional Customer Service
- Trade Qualified
- Team player and company focused
- Strong safety culture
- High standard of quality
- Good computer literacy skills -QBCC License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
