ID Support NSW works together with government, industry groups, local communities, and businesses to prevent, recover, and protect people against cybercrime and lead the development of innovative strategies, services, and solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities and risk and increase protections and support services for people, agencies, and businesses across NSW.

**About the role**

This role works with a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering a fast-paced and efficient program of work that addresses complex data and jurisdictional challenges facing the NSW government while ensuring our customers and support staff are at the centre of everything we do. As the Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of several projects to drive trust sharing opportunities and reduce barriers to bring revolutionary change and identity protection support to the people of NSW.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Drive the successful delivery of digital and data projects with the support of a project team and shared IDS Support resources.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a lean agile project management cycle, ensuring vendor supplied solutions and projects are delivered on time, in scope and within budget.
- Lead a coordinated and collaborative approach with industry and government stakeholders and experts to deliver large scale data sharing and personal information protection solutions.
- Work closely with industry experts to gain an in-depth understanding of current operational issues and deliver projects to improve efficiency and ensure meaningful value and contribution to the team’s strategy and initiatives.
- Set up the program framework and establish the project metrics, monitoring and reporting structure.
- Drive and document common standards for function, and governance for structuring, storing and sharing information.
- Coach and support project team members in leveraging problem-solving techniques to design, develop and deliver operational solutions, including project elicitation and documentation of requirements and analysis of opportunities.

- Extensive senior project delivery experience, working with government and non-government organisations
- Experience in conducting program, system, and process analysis. Knowledge and experience in the areas of data, security, digital projects and/or privacy and data sharing legislation is desirable.
- A demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, multiple projects and priorities, to think strategically and identify and manage risk
- Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including experience in facilitation, negotiation, influencing and consultation, and an ability to cultivate productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral skills, including the preparation of high-level reports, briefing papers, correspondence and other documents that can explain complex technical issues simply and in a manner which can be clearly conveyed to a variety of audiences.
- An analytical thinker who can think outside the box to solve complex problems, who enjoys sharing knowledge and educating project teams and shared resources in lean agile project.
