**A leading Automotive Dealership** is currently seeking well organised and presented **Administration Clerk **with a professional phone manner to join their dynamic team.
You will be responsible for providing assistance to incoming telephone callers by determining the purpose of calls and forwarding calls/visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
**Duties will include**:
- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assisting Service Manager with day to day duties
- General administration duties and housekeeping
**To be successful in the position you will need to have the following**:
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
- Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail;
- Have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
