**The Company**:
People2people are very excited to be working with a leading Australian innovative and sustainable building products company with 50 years of experience. They are seeking a self-motivated Roofing Allocation Officer to coordinate all roofing supply and fix functions including re-roof, new roofing, and supply only.

**About the role**:
Duties include but not limited to:

- Enter all relevant job details associated with sales order deliveries
- Coordinate call-up dates, delivery dates, ready to start and finish dates for all jobs
- Enter product produced into schedule and deduct product quantities supplied off the schedule for production requirements.
- Coordinate pallet pick-ups notes for pallet collection
- Coordinate roof restoration quotes by entering schedule and faxing to fixers
- Print pay sheets and fax to fixers for start of jobs
- Match restoration quotes for pay with payments to fixer
- Credit notes to be written for overcharges and product returns
- Look up all overcharge credits written by credit office, for overcharges or disputes for payment
- Ensure orders for supply and fix roofing are credit worthy customers.
- Address all queries associated with call-ups, maintenance, fixer queries, customer, and general public enquiries
- Enter quotes accepted on the schedule and coordinate
- Advise roof restoration customers of deposit required before commencement of work

**Essential Criteria**:

- Knowledge of allocation and maintenance processes
- Telephone skills

This position is offering a competitive hourly rate between $35-$40 + Super.
