Right now, we’re seeking a Planning & Governance Advisor who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. **About the role**

In this newly created role, the Planning and Governance Advisor will deliver expert support and advice across the Community Division, ensuring the successful delivery of key projects and business operations. This role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the division by driving business improvement initiatives, key procurement processes, coordinating corporate reporting, and ensuring adherence to TAC policies. A key performance measure will be establishing ways to bridge the gap between governance frameworks and practical execution, finding opportunities to make the complicated simple.

Strong understanding of contract management and project management is crucial for handling the TAC's diverse corporate business requirements.

**Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen**
