- Our client is a national leader specialising in polymer distribution and plastics recycling. Who are currently on the hunt for a Customer Service/ Internal Sales Administrator to join their rapidly growing team.

**Duties of the role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Completing general admin activities (managing enquiries, quotes and process work orders)
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to assist in developing a strong pipeline and finding creative solutions for customers
- Engage with and provide support to field sales representatives
- Update internal CRM and database to ensure all information is correct and updated
- Manage customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution can be found
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid ability to use the web and electronic tools (Microsoft Office 365 programs, SAP and experience using internal CRMs advantageous)
- Enthusiastic personality and an inquisitive mind with the ambition to assist your team and succeed
- Experience in logistics or plastic manufacturing is advantageous
