Fatra Australia are a fast growing national distributor of high quality waterproofing systems to the Australian market.
With a rapidly growing motivated team and an array of high profile clients we are becoming the go to company for high quality waterproofing in the market.
Due to continued growth of the company we are looking to welcome a new Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to our team based in our head office located in Wetherill Park.
The role is to manage the bookkeeping and administrative function of the company. We are looking for an energetic and self motivated person who can work autonomously and with mínimal supervision.
Part Time role working 2.5 days per week
**Primary responsibility include**:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Payroll.
- Staff Expense Claims.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Preparation of BAS, Payroll Tax and PAYG.
- Office administrative duties - screening telephone calls
- Stocktake and inventory management.
- Chasing overdue invoices.
- Preparing reports.
- Taking meeting minutes and distributing to attendees.
- Booking cleaners and maintenance as required.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Experience in similar roles.
- Experience with Dear systems or other inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Strong Experience with Xero is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Efficient data entry skills.
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
**Benefits**:
