The State Insurance Regulator (SIRA) within the Department of Customer Service, is looking for an Advisor supervision to join our Employer Supervision and Return to Work team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our Employer Supervision and Return to Work team which collaborates across both the Workers compensation and CTP schemes. Key initiatives include increasing injured people staying in or returning to good work and supporting employers to effectively prepare for and positively respond when people are injured at work or on the roads.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and/or be involved in various projects designed to:

- positively influence RTW outcomes or usual activities.
- equip and improve recovery outcomes of injured people.
- influence improved employer culture and early support.
- to build capability of insurers to improved RTW performance outcomes.
- collaborate across other directorates as part of SIRA’s regulatory action.

**About you**:

- Allied Health background preferred.
- Strong research, analysis, decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in written communication, project management, flexible attitude and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge and understanding of personal injury legislation, best practice and guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical capabilities including data analysis and interpretation (proficiency in the use of Qlik, Power BI and Salesforce are advantageous).
