Production Associate

**_Studco Australia are looking for new team members at our busy Door Plant located in Mentone VIC._**

**_ Key Accountability_**
- Ensure the safety of themselves and others at all times
- Adhere to Studco policies and procedures
- Be accountable, collaborate and engage with all departments
- Prepare and load raw materials onto the machines
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed correctly
- Understand specifications of worksheet by reading drawings
- Prepare and operate the machines such as beam saw, radial arm saw etc.
- General house keeping

- Zero Loss Time Injuries
- Contribute to a Delivery In Full and On Time of greater than 97%

- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work well under fast moving and high pressure environment
