Our client is a long-established, leading not-for-profit charity with over 60 services including early childhood education and care. Operating an Early Learning Centre in the Enoggera Brisbane region, they are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join their fantastic team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for promoting the holistic education and wellbeing of infants and pre-school aged children, within a welcoming and interactive environment. This will include the day-to-day operation of your assigned room/s, whilst leading and supporting the development, implementation, and analysis of educational programs for children and their families.

You will engage positively with the children, their families, educators, and other staff, with a focus on working collaboratively to deliver the best possible educational experiences. In addition, you will be mentored by a Room Leader to develop your skills and fast track your career in this sector

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- To have completed Cert 3 or Diploma (or actively working towards) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A current and valid paid working with Children's Check.
- To have a passion for going above and beyond to provide early education and care.
- Be proficient in oral and written communication.
- Have excellent interpersonal/communication skills. (Ability to build rapport with families, colleagues, stakeholders, and members of the community)

**Salary**: $55,091.53 - $63,182.03 per year
