AWX are seeking motivated individuals to join our client's Hay Processing Team in Yerecoin.

Our Client prides itself on exporting quality hay to our customers around the world. Working closely with our growers, we purchase, store and process hay to export via our robust supply chain network.

They have recently embarked on a phase of rapid growth, which includes the acquisition of four hay processing facilities in WA, VIC and SA making our group a leader in the Australian Export Hay industry.

Their parent company, AgTrade, is a wholly Australian owned global livestock, genetics and food security group with a 50 year history.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Preventative maintenance (PM) plan and execution through MEX.
- Consistently review the in-year plan for Maintenance and Continuous improvements for sites.
- Drive the daily/weekly schedule PM activities
- Implementation of CMMS.
- Technical Training of production staff.
- Recording of down time data.
- RCA for major issues.
- Drive safety and QA standards.
- Reducing waste and implementing waste reduction plan.
- Preventative maintenance (PM) plan and execution through MEX.
- Manage & control spare parts inventory via Mex
- Support production /maintenance team to execute PM during breakdown and troubleshooting.
- Conduct hourly inspection during PM.
- Work with production to develop effective reporting.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Leadership experience.
- Knowledge and experience in MEX.
- Forklift licence.

**DESIRED SKILLS**:

- Previous experience operating a hay press, or a PLC controlled fixed plant.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanics
