**The Position**:
Wilson Security is seeking a motivated Control Room Operator for the CBD

This full-time role is
**based in the CBD** with a well-known and reputable critical info structure client. To be successful, flexibility is a must as it is a 12 hour 24/7 rotating roster. This roster includes both days and nights.
**Onsite parking available.**

**The role**:

- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Assisting with Emergency situations as they arise
- Access breaches
- Asset protection
- Provide excellent customer service to internal/external stakeholders

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- **
- Current Victorian** Control Room Security Licence**:

- **Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters**:

- Work as part of a team
- Well-presented and spoken
- **Previous control Room and monitoring experience required**:

- Great communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Current valid Drivers Licence
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
