Commencing in January 2024, St Peters Lutheran College is seeking to appoint a Head of St Peters Lutheran College Springfield, to our Springfield site. _

Established in 2008 St Peters Springfield is a growing Kindergarten to Year 12 Co-Educational Day School of the Lutheran Church located in the master planned city of Springfield. Fostering contemporary approaches to teaching and learning, St Peters Springfield is committed to providing rich, personalised learning experiences that encourage student agency, academic progress, and wellbeing. Together academic staff and corporate staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish.

The **Head of St Peters Lutheran College Springfield** is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of St Peters Lutheran College Springfield, ensuring that the ethos, culture, policy and programs align with the strategic directions of the College as a whole. This includes setting and advancing campus culture, student learning and care, staff performance and wellbeing, and campus facilities.

The Head of Springfield is a highly visible leader with a strong personal drive and accountability, energy to inspire and motivate others. A leader who understands and supports a focus on student learning and demonstrates strong instructional leadership, and a leader who sets high standards in areas of scholarship, executive presence, personal behaviour and accountability.
