**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of machinery and equipment, including engines, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical systems, according to maintenance schedules and manufacturer's recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of lubricants, greases, and other consumables for machinery and equipment, and ensure that they are stored and used in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist the engineering team in conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to identify and report equipment issues and participate in troubleshooting activities as required.
- Operate and maintain equipment and systems related to the power generation, propulsion, and auxiliary machinery on the offshore installation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and lubrication activities, including quantities of lubricants used, equipment serviced, and any issues identified during inspections.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and actively participate in safety meetings and training programs to promote a safety-conscious work environment.
- Certificate of Medical Fitness (STCW or OGUK).
- OPITO T/BOSIET (Or Equivalent Industry STCW Basic Fire and Survival Technique Training).
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID011 of equivalent).
- Working at Height (RIIWHS204D or equivalent).
- Confined Space Entry (RIIWHS202D or equivalent).
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a motorman, greaser, or in a similar role, preferably in an offshore or marine environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform maintenance, greasing, and lubrication tasks on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications related to machinery and equipment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety, and a good understanding of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis in an offshore setting.
