The Early Childhood Regulatory Authority (ECRA) in the department is responsible for regulating Queensland's early childhood education and care sector, ensuring children's health, safety and wellbeing. We are looking for a highly efficient administrator with great customer service skills to join our team.

**Your Role**:The role is within ECRA's Licensing Team to**:

- Be the first point of contact with applicants and the early childhood sector, to ensure the efficient intake and progression of regulatory matters, and responses to regulatory enquiries. Duties may include assisting in the preparation of correspondence, reports, briefs and other documentation in a timely manner, while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

The Regulatory Support Officer reports to the Manager, Licensing, Early Childhood Regulatory Authority, Early Childhood Branch, Early Childhood and State Schools Division.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Acting as the first point of contact, monitoring and following up on regulatory matters and prioritising work according to risk.
- Coordinating team workflow using regulatory systems and databases, ensuring correct data capture and review.
- Providing support in the maintenance of records, and regulatory and records management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with information management requirements.
