Our client installs and maintains humidity and bacteria control filters in commercial cool rooms. Our mission is to provide sustainable solutions to the hospitality industry, ensuring food freshness and safety.

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Filter Replacement Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and contributing to sustainability in the hospitality industry.

**About the Role**
- Collect filters from Geelong and transport them to client locations
- Replace old filters with new ones at various hospitality venues
- Ensure each installation is completed correctly and efficiently
- Cleaning of the filters by placing them in a commercial-size oven
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards during filter replacement
- Keep accurate records of filter replacements and client interactions
- Represent our company in a professional and friendly manner

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Interest in hospitality and sustainability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to travel within the Geelong region
- Own a reliable large vehicle suitable for transporting filters
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
