As an Operational Risk Lead, you will join and manage a high performing team and work closely with other senior stakeholders.

**Your new role**
As an Operational Risk Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the design & implementation of the Risk Management frameworks.
- Lead business unit risk forums alongside other operational risk managers/leads.
- Conduct and review controls testing.
- Facilitate risk assessments and formulate reports for senior stakeholders.
- Leading a team of Risk Consultants.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge and/or experience in the General Insurance industry.
- Experience within Operational Risk related roles, ideally in the Line 1 capacity.
- Leadership experience desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
