Accounts Payable

Based in Warriewood Safety Equipment Australia is a small business supplying the Australian market with premium respiratory protection for over 35 years.

- Work locally on the Northern Beaches
- Low volume processing end to end accounts payable
- Low stress, no overtime
- Salary $60-65K + Superannuation
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
- Undercover parking provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts payable functions, from processing transactions to ensure expenses are allocated to the correct department and ledger accounts
- Preparing payment runs, credit cards & reconciliation,
- Petty cash
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Purchase orders
- Monthly balance sheet & general ledger reconciliations
- Month-end duties
- Also assist across the business with phone enquiries and sales order entry when required.
