**Mission Statement**:
**Main Accountabilities**
- Operational support - Contributes to driving behavioural change and continuous improvement though delivery of training and competence initiatives and expert support to the Local Business Units in line with plan agreed. Supports the sharing of best practice. Coordinates reporting on HSE and Q performance and support delivery of Group audit program.
- Regulatory compliance - Contributes, Tracks and assess emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicates relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography. Supports BU to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations.
- Governance - Delivers and deploys HSE and Q training, audit, and Group-wide performance improvement programs.
- Metrics - Provides analysis of HSE and Q data within area of responsibility. Reports on progress on implementation of Sustainability Objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) as required.
- Risk management - Drive and Contributes to effective risk management of HSE issues by providing specialist knowledge and advice to the business.
- Communication and engagement - Cooperates across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility.
- Contributes to and/or plans and executes Health, Safety and Environment performance.

- Operational Support - Drives behavioural change to continuously improve performance through coordinated programs and initiatives. Supports the sharing of best practice and applies standardized processes to deliver consistent support within the organization. Ensures capability is built through training.
- Ensure safe working procedures and practices are always followed including the wearing and maintenance of assigned Personal Protective Equipment.
- Attend required health, safety and environment and quality training.
- Investigate and report injuries, incidents, hazards and near miss events.
- Model safe work behaviors in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls.
- Drive and hold itself accountable for the highest standards of health, safety, and environment to ensure Zero Harm is achieved.
- Responsible for compliance with relevant HSE and Q policy and procedures, ensuring proactive risk assessments take place and corrective actions monitored/followed up.
- Contribute to an injury, incident, near miss and hazard reporting culture within your team.

**Knowledge & Skill**
- OHS and E experience in project or service organization.
- Quality control/documentation experience is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of field/project HSE experience.
- Diploma in HSE education.
- Skills - Proficient with MS Word, Excel; Demonstrated Negotiation skills.
