The Opportunity
An exciting new opportunity exists for an Program Management Consultant to join our Strategy team based in Sydney.
As the Program Management Consultant, you will play an important role in Urbis' Program Management Office (PMO), which is tasked with overseeing the implementation of our strategy. This role will be instrumental in the successful implementation of Urbis' strategic initiatives.
In this role you will be working closely with the Strategy Manager and other key stakeholders, supporting the PMO in coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives, managing the reporting requirements, analysing information and data, and tracking financial aspects of the program. You will bring an eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial management, and the ability to analyse complex data to provide actionable insights.

**You will be**:
As a Program Management Consultant, you will be responsible for managing reporting requirements, analysing complex data, and tracking transformation budgets. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the PMO in the successful delivery of projects and programs, ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently, in line with PMO guidelines and objectives.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be tasked with tracking the performance of discrete business initiatives relative to agreed strategic KPIs. This will involve working effectively alongside multiple stakeholders and providing regular reports to the Strategy Manager and PMO.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Collaborating with the Strategy Manager and PMO to coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives and manage the reporting requirements.
Analysing complex data and information to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Managing and tracking transformation budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Supporting the PMO in the successful delivery of projects and programs, ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully implemented in line with PMO guidelines and objectives.
Tracking the performance of discrete business initiatives relative to agreed strategic KPIs, ensuring these are able to be effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
Conducting financial analysis and provide regular reports to the Strategy Manager and PMO.
Supporting the relationship with other group-wide specialists (e.g. Marketing & Communications, People & Culture, Finance) in the development and tracking of particular plans and activities to support program implementation.
**About You**:
3-5 years' experience in program management role within a professional service, or corporate environment.
Accompanying and relevant bachelor's degree.
Advance level knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel (analysis) and particularly PowerPoint).
Advanced spelling and grammar.
