You will be working for one of Australia’s largest experiential tourism businesses. Their focus is on bringing Australia’s most unique and iconic experiences to life; creating lasting memories, and sharing special places

**The Role**

This is an Inbound Customer Service position, NO COLD CALLING
Initially, you will get to know the team, the products, and the systems and work alongside some talented Travel Consultants after 2 weeks of onboarding training.
After 6 months, you will be an expert in the field, an ambassador of products, and thrive on using all of your creativity and passion for the industry to create lasting memories and once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences.
There are commissions but it’s not a hard sell. It’s about consulting and planning to ensure you exceed the expectations of your customers, own their experience, and ensure they make memories they’ll never forget

**Key Requirements**
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
- You have a passion for adventure and can’t wait to get traveling again.
- If you don’t have phone experience, you have experience delivering exceptional customer service
- You love to talk to people and make connections and are a genuinely helpful person
- You are computer savvy and can work across multiple systems
- You have high attention to detail, love to solve problems, and can manage a high-volume workload.
