**About the Brand**

This business is about to grow rapidly across the country, servicing the tiniest and newest of customers through to the teenagers who know exactly what they want. Accessories, shoes and fun stuff: they have it all, available in one of the most exciting to hit the retail industry in a long time

**The Role and You**

You will be a dynamic and motivated leader who drives results through the development of your team and customer experiences. Each day will see you working with mum's and dad's, as well as the teen who wants it all You will be high energy, passionate about footwear and sneakers as well as driven by KPI success. As the leader of **ESSENDON'S DFO**, you will be accountable for every aspect of your store's results, as well as engaging a new and lifelong customer for the business.

**As a Manager you will**:

- Have a proven record of success in driving sales and service standards
- LOVE working with parents and kids
- Be able to coach a team to reach personal and store KPI's
- Demonstrate your ability to lead from the front
- Lead by example to promote high energy and performance
- Understand roster and wage management
- Be across shrinkage and stock KPI's
- Understand VM and have impeccable shop standards
- Have excellent time management and communication skills
- Be passionate about learning and being MORE THEN JUST AVERAGE
