**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

LK Hospitality is a growing Hospitality Group lead by industry titans and based in South Yarra’s iconic Capitol Grand. The team are behind the venues Omnia Bistro & Bar, Yugen Dining, Yugen Tea Bar and Bromley Events. With two hats recently awarded to both Omnia and Yugen, LK Hospitality is just getting started

**THE ROLE**

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will take ownership of the Group's social media platforms and other growing channels, with a focus on taking engagement levels to new heights.

You will be in charge of exploring the next trends in social media, creating and managing new accounts, working closely with our management and marketing team.

A passion for hospitality is key, with an expectation to grow the Group's existing followers, while tapping into new markets and opportunities for growth.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Formulate new ideas for the group’s social media channels, presenting to the Creative Manager
- Utilise knowledge and skills across social media channels and emerging platforms to execute existing content requirements and new content roll-out
- Maintain the company TikTok, Instagram and Facebook channels
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendar, consistent with the company’s existing digital content schedule
- Provide reports and analytics to the Creative Manager, providing insight into the best performing content and potential opportunities for growth
- Moderate and manage guest / consumer interaction across social media channels
- Assist the Creative Manager with editing content
- Document emerging social media trends, updates and developments
- Update social ecommerce platforms as required
- Ad hoc administrative tasks for the restaurants and venues

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience working in social media for a business
- Passionate about all things TikTok, Instagram and creating fun & engaging content
- Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe (preferred, not essential)
- Consider yourself someone who’s ahead of the trends, but willing to react to current opportunities
- Self-starter who isn’t afraid to take risks and dive right into new content ideas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a wider team
