Our client is highly respected and recognised ex-service organisation. They offer advice and support to veterans, families and the wider community enabling a range of clinical and non-clinical services and programs. Their mission is to raise awareness, increase social connection and deliver services which improve health and wellbeing.

The role of Centre Manager is operational and service delivery focused. You’ll engage with key internal and external stakeholders, acting as the conduit to enable smooth running and management of the Centre on a daily basis. Your role leads on coordination and facilitation of service requirements.

Reporting to the GM Service Delivery, this autonomous role is varied and includes:

- Establishing the Centre administration processes
- Managing and coordinating support services to meet service user needs
- Maintaining key working relationships with a range of service providers, practitioners and relevant government agencies
- Leading a small Centre based administration team coordinating workload
- Managing the onboarding of new service providers
- Coordinating facilities management
- Preparing planning and reporting documentation
- Maintaining record keeping in line with compliance
- Monitoring operational budgets
- Participating in initiatives which increase profile and awareness of the Centre
- Experience in Centre or Practice management
- Knowledge of working in a community, social or healthcare setting
- An adaptable and empathetic approach to customer engagement
- Experience leading a small team and coordinating effort
- An ability to build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships (internal/external including clinical, non-clinical, professional and government agencies)
- General understanding of managing facilities
- Highly developed communication skills
- The ability to plan and execute on operational activities and initiatives
- Skills in managing competing priorities
- MS Office and CRM systems skills

The ability to tailor your engagement style and a willingness to support a range of stakeholders is key to success in this role. Your leader is supportive and collaborative, with a focus on delivery of quality services.
