Transmission Linesperson

**Position Summary**:
HRG are currently recruiting for Transmissions Linesworkers in South Australia, this is a permanent and full time position with great pay rate and an 11/3 roster. Every fortnight you get a 3 day weekend and your overtime rates for two weekends per month are guaranteed.

The role would require Transmission Linesworkers to carry out maintenance and construction tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Works a variety of structures and line voltages from 66kV to 500kV
- Trenching, lifting, and climbing poles for installation of underground cabling and overhead bucket work.
- Installing and repairing poles, cables, and electrical equipment related to overhead transmission systems.
- Operating a variety of different equipment with a commitment to WHS of yourself and others, at all times.
- Use technology to complete electronic and paper reports to ensure work and details are recoded.

**Requirements**:

- Fully qualified Electrical Linesworker with a minimum 2 years experience.
- Current Certificate III or equivalent qualifications in Electrical Transmission
- South Australian Electrical Workers Licence (Transmission) or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience LiveLine work highly desirable
- Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
