We're on a mission to provide exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities, right in the comfort of their own homes.

**Your Qualifications and Skills✨**
We're looking for individuals who are not only qualified but deeply passionate about helping others. To excel in this role, you should:
Hold a Cert III in an industry-related qualification or higher

Hold a Working With Children Check

Have an NDIS Worker Screening Check

Maintain a current First Aid & CPR certificate

Obtain COVID 19 Vaccinations (including Booster)

Hold a valid P1, P2 or Full Driver's Licence

Have Comprehensive Car Insurance

As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our participants. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting participants in setting and achieving their goals
- Providing assistance & support with community access and transport to & from appointments
- Offering support and personal care assistance when needed
