**Position: Methods Analyst**

Are you passionate about optimizing organizational processes and driving positive change? WA Food Supply is seeking a dynamic Methods Analyst to join our team in Fremantle. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and organizational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at achieving optimal customer satisfaction and effective resource utilization.
- Utilize continuous improvement and change methodologies to identify business gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Analyze and evaluate current systems, capabilities, and structures to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insightful recommendations to address organizational problems and drive innovation.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, redefine job functions, and support organizational improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to develop specific capabilities and drive performance improvement.

**Salary Range**

A full time salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
